Intellishift Customer User Creation Instructions

You will need to create a new Admin user with Full Telematics permissions, Connect API  enabled, and AI Dash Cam enabled.  

How to set up an Admin User for API access:  

1. Login to your IntelliShift account 

2. Click Administration in the left side bar 

3. Click Add User in the top right corner of the table 

4. Click Start from Scratch

5. Fill in: 

a. Email: [e-mail] 

[Be sure to add a plus sign and your companies short name before the @]

b. First Name: SpeedGauge

c. Last Name: Integration 

d. User Type: Administrator 

6. In the Assign Branches section, click Select All

7. In the Permissions Section: 

a. Assign All to “Telematics” 

b. Toggle on “Connect API” 

c. Toggle on “AI Dash Cam” 

i. select ‘Read’ 

*If you don’t have Connect API permission, you’ll need to reach out to your IntelliShift  Customer Success or Account Manager to get that enabled on your account or email  [e-mail].
