This article explains how Admin users in Tenna can create new user accounts and/or "resend" invitation emails to users who did not receive the original invitation, if needed.
To complete the Tenna and SpeedGauge integration, you will need to complete the following two steps:
- Create a new user account in Tenna for the integration.
- Contact your Tenna Account Manager to request a Bearer Token.
The instructions below will guide you through each step.
First, Login to your Tenna dashboard.
- Open Settings

Open Users
- Select Create User
- Select Power User
- Use email: insurance.support+(shortname)@speedgauge.net (fill in your companies abbreviated short name after the plus sign)

Select default for all other settings
- Find user and check the box on the left of the name
- Scroll up and select “Reinvite”
- Confirm
This will send SpeedGauge an email with the invite needed for them to access the password.
Next, contact your Tenna Account Manager and request a Bearer Token for the integration. Once you receive the token, email it to activation@speedgauge.net so SpeedGauge can complete the setup process.
