Tenna Power User Creation

This article shows Admin users in Tenna how to create a user as well as the process to "Reinvite" a user who didn't get the initial email to access the account and setup a password.

1. Open Settings

2. Open Users

   

3. Select Create User
4. Select Power User
5. email: insurance.support+(shortname)@speedgauge.net (fill in your companies abbreviated shortname after the plus sign)

6. All other settings default

   

7. Find user and check the box on the left of the name
8. Scroll up and select “Reinvite”
9. Confirm

This will send SpeedGauge an email with the invite.
