TruckX SpeedGauge Activation Instructions

Share API Key in FMS - To activate your TruckX account for SpeedGauge, we need an activation key called an API Token. This is an alpha-numeric value like looks like this sample - 382d2505-e900-30f7-86fc-c13bce3ad657

This value can be obtained directly from your TruckX dashboard by following the simple directions in this video. 

Steps on How To Share API Key in FMS from the above video.

1) From your TruckX dashboard, click on ‘More'.

2) On the top right of your dashboard, click on ‘Share API KEY’.

3) A ‘pop-up’ form will appear. See below selections for each drop-down menu. 

4) At the bottom of the form – click ‘Send API Key’.

5) Once ‘Send API Key’ is pressed, you will find the API key as shown below. 

This API Key will be sent to SpeedGauge for your account activation. However, your SpeedGauge representative may ask you to copy/paste this key and email them directly.
