Webfleet (Tom Tom) Fleet Activation Instructions

1. Log in to your Webfleet account
2. Create a new user – Webfleet instructions here (summary below)
   1. Select the Users icon in the main menu
   2. Click the New user button in the lower right
   3. In the User data section enter the user data:
      • • Name: SpeedGauge
        • User Name: SpeedGauge
        • Email: [e-mail] with your Webfleet account name in place of {account-name}
   4. In the section for Active time period, select Unlimited
   5. In the Profile section, use the default selection
   6. In the Interfaces section, make sure that the WEBFLEET.connect option is checked – data will not flow if this is not selected!

7. In the System rights section, select the user access rights regarding Areas, Reports and Account settings – select Full access for each module

8. In the Vehicle access section, select All vehicles

9. In the Driver access section, select All drivers

10. Click Save to complete
